The LA Raiders won once, Super Bowl XVIII against the Redskins in 1983 season (1984 SuperBowl).
The Raiders as a whole won three:
1st time (Oakland) was Super Bowl XI against the Vikings in 1976 season (77 SB)
2nd (Oakland) Super Bowl XV with the Eagles in 1980 season (81 SB).
3rd (LA) Super Bowl XVIII against the Redskins in 1983 season (84 SB).

The LA Raiders only won one Super Bowl when they played in LA. They have two when they were in Oakland.

They are back to being the OAKLAND Raiders for the record and as was said in L.A. they only won one. Now as to Championships you would have to check if they won any in the American Football League prior to the merger if you want to go since their INCEPTION. The Superbowl is only 40 years old now. The NFL and the AFL go alot further back. They both had their own championship games prior to the merger.
