NO!!! Women's Softball may have some entertainment value for those fans of their college teams but for the most part it doesn't have the entertainment value the Stanley Cup Finals have. If you missed Game 5 last night...you missed a lot. That game had a lot of action and showed why NHL hockey is definitely the BEST in playoff action!!! Go Carolina!!!

Yes definitely. I wasn't a big softball fan until a couple of years ago. My sister plays high school softball but I didn't think I'd enjoy college softball but I really got into it after I started watching the world series on ESPN. The NHL definitely isn't my thing.

I don't watch either but I'd much rather watch the Stanley Cup. I mean in softball, they're hitting a melon and the bases are like 10 feet apart. If woman want equality, play baseball.

I would say watching the stanley cup finals.I find watching hockey is more exciting than womens college softball.

Are you serious? Can you believe people are actually saying softball? You have got to be kidding. It's like, pitch, swing, miss, wait two minutes for everyone to get back together, repeat. Hockey is a bunch of dudes with razor blades strapped to their feet, carrying 5 foot sticks, moving faster than humans can sprint, with no out-of-bounds, where the net is 3" steel tubing that is planted into the ice, fighting is legal, crushing the oppenent is legal, and you actually have to have more talent than swinging a piece of aluminum and running around a square. You have to be kidding, softball, bite me.

Not me. I don't care to watch either. But my husband would choose women's college softball over the NHL any day of the week.

Womens Softball. Do you realize that when you factor the shorter distance from the pitchers mound to home and the speed of the pitches (Approx 55MPH) that it equivalant to a MLB 90 MPH pitch?
Plus Kat from Texas is ALOT better looking than any hockey player!
