If you kept them in perfect condition...no creases, rips, tears, wrinkles, worn edges, rusty staples, removed staples, fingerprints, faded ink, etc....They might actually be worth something. If you kept them in plastic sleeves and kept them out of sunlight, I would take them to a comic store to see what their current value is.
But to be on the safe side, go to many stores to make sure you aren't getting ripped off if you plan on selling them!

Sure are. Try picking up a Wizard comic price guide or something else like that, and it will tell you what they are worth. That doesn't mean that's what you can sell them for, but it all varies. Some comic shops will buy old comics or cards, and sometimes they will let you put up a list of the ones you have in case someone comes along looking for them. Other than that and ebay, your best place would be a comic convention, but those are usually only in major cities and cost a pretty penny. Good luck!

They are probably worth a good bit depending on what condition they are in. You should try and find a comic book or trading card store in your town that would look at them and give you a value. That way if you do sell on ebay you will know what to start the bidding at etc.

First go to two or three comic book stores and ask thier opinion.
Second buy a copy of the Overstreet Comic Book Price Guide
Third either sell it to a Comic Store, or at a Comic Book Convention, or put it on eBay. You might have to try all three.

Quite honestly, the rest have very much answered your question. From the condition to the rarity of the item, the price is very much based on them. If you are residing in a country like the US, ebay and Yahoo auction is just too wide a coverage for selling the items. BUT you can always refer to them to get an estimated price. I beleive they have a column on items which are already bought and it is categorised, hence making your search easier. Other areas to sell your stuffs..... garage sale, flea market, toy collector's shop and many more

They're probably worth something; how much depends on the condition you kept them in. (If they're all raggedy and worn from you reading them 20 times apiece, then they're not worth much.)

There are comics and cards stores in most towns and cities; find the nearest one, haul your box into the store, and ask the proprietor to give you a quick valuation. (Be nice about it, they'll be doing you a favor.)

Most likely E-Bay is going to be the highest-paying market for them, however.

It depends on what you have and what kind of shape they are in.
For example I have an Avengers # 28 in decent shape thats about 36-37 years old that's worth a whopping 40 bucks.
