It could be the heater core as several above have stated, if so it will have a sweet smell and be hot right after you have run the car for a while. if it is a heater core that is really dangerous as the core could split and very hot fluid would blow out all over the passengers feet and ankles causing serious burns.

It could also be the condensation drain for the evaporator, which is also located in the same area, if you are running the A/C in the car check underneath to see if there is water dripping from the same area, engine side of the car, if not then most likely your drain is clogged and it is overflowing in it's housing and dumping into the car. if this is the case the fluid on your floorboard will be like water and it will not be hot, infact it should be cool/cold.

Does it leak when you are driving or even when the car is parked for a few days? Does it only do it when you have the air on ?
If it leaks while you are driving and without the A/C turned on it is most likely a leaking heater core or the valve for the heater. (anti freeze will smell sweet) If it only leaks when you have the A/C on, it is either a blocked condensate drain tube which you might be able to locate on the firewall of the car, low down on the passenger side, it only usually sticks out 1/2 an inch or so and is about 1/2 an inch round. you can try clearing it with a pipe cleaner, or compressed air if you have it available. If it isn't a blocked drain tube it might even be a cracked or leaking evaporator box. This will probably require proffesional help. Hope this helps.

It is probably the drain line plugged for the air conditioner. You can try to run a stiff wire up through the drain (if you can locate it) and remove the clog. The line usually runs thru the firewall below where the coolant lines into the body. If the liquid in the floor has a sweet smell, it may be the heater core. Good luck!

Does it have sweet smell? if so it could be antifreeze from the heater core..take a paper towel and soak some of it up. Is it blue or bright green ? if so it is antifreeze.if it keeps it up flush the radiator system (you can buy a flush kit at wal_mart .) flush the system and then add coolant run the car for about 3 minutes then shut it off and add some Barrs (copper colored) stop leak directly to the radiator. put the cap back on and drive the car for about 20 minutes with the heater on..you don't have to have the fan on...

It may be that your ac drainage tube is plugged and needs to be blown clean with an air hose. Or something, likes leaves, could be blocking the ac box and it needs to be cleaned out by a mechanic, or it could be the heater core. Check and then get 2nd opinion just to be sure.

It's probably the air conditioner because I had the same problem in my car.You should take it to an authorized Dodge dealer right away before it becomes a serious problem and it will make your car start to smell bad.Hope I helped.

If the condensation drain is blocked, would my Stratus still go through antifreeze/coolant?

It could be several things from the way you describe it, but it might also be the rubber seals along the door lining.
