Why do Glenn Danzig and Jerry Only hate each other?

I have heard Glenn Danzig Hates Jerry Only and assume this is why the Misfits broke up. Can anyone tell me what happened between them

jerry says it was because of danzig's ego,danzig says that he was basically the sole creative force behind the band and that jerry and doyle were just a couple of bookends onstage who looked cool.
