Just clean it with a clean moist cloth with a little soap then rinse and wipe with a dry cloth. Do not use a silver cleaner or anything that has chemicals- this will tarnish your jewelry faster since Target and Forever 21 jewelry are not real (unless it is made of brass metal or sterling silver). Wrap it in tissue paper (tissue paper absorbs moisture build-up) and put it in a zip lock container or jewelry box- any container that keeps moisture from getting in.

Store them in something that doesn't let a lot of air in because all of the air exposure causes them to tarnish faster. That's just the way it is with those cheaper brands of earings. For cleaning you should only clean the part that goes in your ear. Dip it in some rubbing alchohol or apply it with a Q-tip!

Honey although those earing may be expensive in the stores they sure arent expensive material...Those earings are just as cheap as earing from claire's and believe me I've learned my lesson because I got an ear infection from one of the eraing from Forever21 and I will never buy earings from there again but I will always buy there clothes.

Keep them in a jewelry box, and just clean the part that goes in your ears.

Don't you worry about something that tarnishes so easily being in your ear? Use toothpaste and a soft cloth.
