Don't know if was a joke or not,but i doubt if even HE would have enough money!!! AND,what with all the illegals sponging off us,i doubt MOST of us will ever see a penny of our retirement!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah actually Gates is that rich. He can pay atleast 20%. He needs to go give that money to some charity and more needy people. Bush has to be a big boy and handle his own problem.
Plus paying the dept will suck him dry.
