why can't I watch videos from other countries on yahoo video?

You can check your Languages setting to see if that is the reason. Go to Yahoo videos. You will see at the top right of the screen Safe Search is (ON or OFF, depending)

Click that.

In Search Preferences, there is a setting called Languages, under that it says Selected Languages:

It may say, English or a specific language, if you want them all or whatever you want, click on Edit and select the ones you want or select "Search pages written in ANY language"

Save, Finish and you're done!
