Just plain "nuh" (phonetic spelling for guttural "N").
Avoid the inevitable shortening that's going to occur
with Nicole or any derived nicknames.
I.E.,
First it's "Nikki"
Then it's "Nik"
Soon it's just "Ni"
And finally just "N" (nuh).
Source: line by character Nicole in film Bedazzled, 2000, director Harold Raimis. Cast: Elliot Richards (Brendon Fraser); The Devil (Elizabeth Hurley); Allison/Nicole (Frances O'Connor)
When Nicole introduces herself to Elliot, she tells him Nicole, but not Nicky, because next they're calling you Nick, then it's Ni, and finally just "nuh".....

Don't call her Nickie or Nikki. That stands for vagina in some Arabic country.
