There's some sense in that quote. Teach homeless people job skills and they can feed, clothe, and house themselves.

this is a very serious problem. homeless is mostly today a issue when mentaly disabled people loose their resources, people run out of money , things like that. you can call your state's represtive (your phone book) or do someting simple like start a food kicthen.
