i'm trying to sell my home of 22yrs. in staten island,ny, and have come across a number of problems, originally we purchased a p/o(part of) the lot. now they say this is unacceptable and i can not sell my home until this apportionment is completed. needless to say it has cost us alot of money to do this, i was told that there is no record of my home, and had to have an archetect make blueprints of my home, we had to pay for another survey of my property. and yet still they are being very difficult about this.
