I think you mean unsearched. In numismatics (coin collecting) it just means that the dealer is selling a roll or bag of coins that he hasn't searched. The idea behind advertising rolls as unsearched is that if you purchase them you might find a valuable error or variation in the roll.

It is term used by coin collectors/sellers referring to a bulk quantity of coins (like a bag of coins) that have not been looked through by anyone. It is a marketing gimmic to get you to buy something with the notion that you could find a very valuable piece within a "unsearched bulk lot of coins."

It is a sucker ploy to get someone to buy relatively worthless coins with the hope that their might remotely be a valuable coin in the lot.

Unsearched, supposedly means that the seller did not search through them to see if there were any valuable dates before he sells them. In most cases, they're lying.
