The real answer to your question TC is that most men feel that a woman as beautiful as you has to be involved with someone already. It was the same with Marilyn Monroe---no one ever asked her out because everyone thought that she had someone.

Because we guys get intimidated and it feels unfair to be in a relationship where she is being hit upon all the time and I never get any attention. Thus, the following statement is loud and clear but off course never openly said by the extraordinary girl
"I can dump you any time and date another guy but you, you will never find another girl because you are average if not less than average - now do you know who is the boss here ?"
Same as a guy driving a Ferrari and dating a girl who takes the public transportation - how can the relationship be balanced ?
Another main reason why I wouldn't ask a pretty girl out because I know that girls in general like to test themselves and like the attention that gives them the energy they need to get the right jobs and have the nerves to get the bad boy. I don't think I am out there to give away my little energy so that pretty stranger girls make their lives pink by coming up over my shoulders and the shoulders of average guys like me.
I am sure that there are a lot of nice looking and kind ladies outthere who have a geniune interest but the images and perceptions in society are very strong.

Experience has taught us men that the good looking women tend to be the cruelest when saying no, they tend to have more self centered attitudes, they expect more from the guy, and once u are hooked up you are more likely to be dropped because of the competition. Balancing the right amount of aggression is also hard, if u come on too strong, or not strong enough you get rejected and that hurts. So if u become more aggressive in initiating conversation your beauty will protect u from rejection. To start the conversations ask them something about themselves. Good luck

many guys lack the confidence and fear your rejection. First of all I'd say that a guy has to have confidence to be with a very attractive woman, so those that lack it are best avoided anyway, no matter how sweet, as they will not be able to handle the attention you get. Secondly what's wrong with you chatting them up or just trying to make friends first then this gives a guy the opportunity. Many will assume that you are with someone anyway so chatting as mates gives them the chance to get to know you. If you are aware of your effect on others it is really up to you to compensate for that.

Sure TC, whatever helps you sleep at night. If it brings you comfort cling to that.
So as it stands we have:
So called Smart women insisting that men are intimidated,
So called Beautiful women inisisting that men are threatened.
So called un-pretty women insisting that men are shallow.
So called Lesbian women that decided to give up on ever getting a fellow.
wow.
I wonder who will be jumping into this bath tub next.
P.S> And yet, there are millions of women world-wide that never want for company or attention from men.

Men are intimidated by us. I actually had a guy tell that if he saw me on the street he would definately not talk to me because he would be too nervous of being rejected or that I would be stuck up. He was surprised that I was so nice, lol.

Men usually feel intimidated, especially if you have an older brother, or some other kind of protector.
It's worse if some local "badboy" has apparantly made a claim on you like you're some sort of property. -,-
