I've only seen the movie once when I was in 2nd grade. (Don't know how I even remembered the title.) I remember the movie starred a little boy and there was no dialogue. Trying to find it to watch it again, as an adult. Has anyone watched it recently, and is it still good, or corny now?

I saw this back around the same age. I searched for it some time ago on Netflix and asked them to add it to their catalog. Your question reminded me to check, and it seems that they've added it. They may sell it on Amazon.com as well. I haven't seen it since I was little, but I'm guessing it's not as exciting as it was then. It's a French film, and only 34 minutes long.

I don't think I've seen it since middle school. It seemed cornier the second time around. Guess that was about 22 years ago. Sorry I can't be of more help.

Oh my god, I completely forgot about that movie until you mentioned it. I must have been about 4 when I saw that movie. I remember this boy chasing the red baloon all over town. Thanks for the flash back. I'm sure that movie would be lame if we saw it now.

They play it on the International Film Channel (IFC) from time to time. When I saw it recently, I wondered why I loved it so much as a kid, but it was rather nostalgic.

I saw it a couple weeks ago with my nephew and he asked why is he chasing that dum balloon? He lfet me in the living room to go and watch the cartoon neywork in his room.LOL!!!!

i ssaw it when iwas younger too it is one of the best movies i ever saw thanks for bringing the memories back
