I know a lot of women who have gotten their breasts done. Make sure it's what you want because once you have them done you eventually have to get them re-done and it costs more to do that. Also, try to find someone who who go in under the arm rather than over or under the muscle..that way you will only have a little incision mark and you nipples won't be messed with.

What the h__ for?? To improve your looks? There's plenty of people who would find you pretty the way you are? Is it to improve self-confidence? If you believed the first point I said, you might have better confidence in yourself.
What good reason is there to get a boob job?

I had mine done in Ga. with the implants and a lift. Went from a small B to a full D (and sometimes a DD, depending on the bra) and it was $5400. The doctor did them bigger than I would have picked but with my hips, which aren't to wide, they fit well.
