Chicken Parmesan

Take a chicken breast, coat it with some bread crumbs (even shake and bake will work). In a frying pan brown the chicken breast on both sides and then put in the oven until there is no pink left in the middle (350*) cook off a little spaghetti, put the chicken on the spaghetti and cover it all with some sauce and motzzeralla and parmesean cheese....yum....gonna go cook now :-)

It's not so much about the meal as it is about the company. Instead of thinking what to have, think who to have over. When you know that you'll know how fancy a meal to serve.
