What should i do first watch the DaVinci Code movie or read the book first?

what should i do first read the book or watch the movie ?

Definately the book, it is better. If you see the movie first, you will have preconceived notions of how things should be portrayed and it doesn't do the book justice.

if you have to do both, then watch the movie first. So that when you read the book, you will have a much better idea of what you are reading. But this is one instance when the book is far better than the movie. So if you have to do only one and you have the time, read the book instead.

I say read the book, there are a lot of details in the book that won't leave you guessing when you watch the movie. I mean when you think about it, it will probably take you at least a week to finish the book. How do you set that all up in a movie?

Definitely read the book first, but you have to read Angels and Demons first so you will have the background for DaVinci Code. Trust me, I have both books and they are a great read.

I read the book first but found that at the movies I excpeted a lot more things to happen. I read the book in one weekend so it really depends on what you like.
