Worrying never solves any problems anyway...you just do the best you can with what you have and with what you know. We all struggle with things we cannot change, but wish we could, you're definetly not alone on this one.

You shouldn't worry at all. If it's beyond your control then it's not a problem or a thing to worry about but a thing you have to accept. It's a reality you have to reckon with.

Not at all. Why worry over things you can't change, avoid or control. It is what it is !!! Just keep pushing forward and take things as they come. Smile and move forward.... some times fate steps in and avoids ya all together :)
OWE!!! as Joe Nichols would say. Smile and enjoy the music.

You should not worry at all. If you have no impact on an event, then worry only clouds your ability to make a rational reaction to that event.
As an alternative, you can plan, prepare, or perhaps just enjoy your life!

Since simply worring about even things over which you have control doesn't gain you anything, worring about things over which you have NO control makes even less sense. All if will get you is stree, a bad case of nerves, and a quicker death.

How much should we worry, you shouldn't.
How much do we worry, a lot.
It is a lack of faith that causes us to worry. I'm not just talking about religious faith, I'm also talking about faith in ourselves and in fellow human beings.
How much of life do we really have total control over?

Not at all,but in my case it doesn't matter. I worry anyway,
no matter how much I try not to. I envy the people who can
just put away certain things into the back of their minds, wish
I could do that.

EVERYONE IS BLUFFING.
we all do it at one point or another, weather in our relationships,job,...
and then we remind ourself there is nothing we can do,
we tell ourseves:GET OVER IT,but do we really?
say IF ONE OF THESE PEOPLE HAD A LOVED ONE SUFFERING FROM CANCER,DO YOU REALLY THINK THEY WOULD SPEND LESS THAN A NANOSECOND(like they say?)
the real question should be how many people out there HIDE BEHIND THEIR MASK?
