well, i'm a guy, first off, but based on my limited experience, i'd say that you should be in a good relationship, and with a guy who really digs you. he has to take the time, and be in the moment, and not rushing to the end goal. but then i'd have to say that if you have a good relationship, whether or not you have any orgasms, is secondary.

there is a exercise u can to it called kegel exercise ,it when u hold u muscles tight for at least till u count to 10 and relese it. do this 10 time a day as much as u like. It also helps u hold ur pee.
