The 3rd Sunday in June (so the actual date changes yearly). Father's Day started with the idea of a daughter of a Civil War veteran a Mrs. Dodd, I believe (he raised his children after his wife died in child birth and his daughter wanted to honor him someway - so informally it started in the early 1900s).

President Calvin Coolidge supported the idea of a national Father's Day, but it never became official until 1966 when President Lyndon Johnson signed the presidential proclamation that set aside the 3rd Sunday of June as Father's Day.
