yes in really poor nieghborhoods in the ghetto they are so poor that rainbows are black and white.

Nope. A rainbow is just a refraction of light due to water particles in the air. Rainbows can be in any shape and size but they are all due to the same affect.

yes i just saw it on tv. I think there are 3 types. One was relly amazing it looked like a tornado funnel cloud. Looked like it was toucing the ground

There is also such thing as a moonbow, they are more rare, and the easiest place to see them is in waterfalls

no but you do have moonbows when water is refracted by the moon light.
