Maybe investors are a bit scared that without Bill ruthlessly suffocating software companies that the WIndows market share will decrease. Also we are probably at the peak of the distribution of Windows XP as consumers are expecting Vista not before long, and waiting to buy, therefore reducing profits. But this is really a non-issue and Windows stranglehold on the PC market will remain, shares will probably go back up.
