There would have to be many factors in saying that is healthy. Body fat would play into that. You could be that height and weight and have 10 % body fat or you could be that and have 30% body fat. What is the boney structure like? What shape body do you have? All these things would have to be answered before giving an acourate answer.

I think NIH guidelines would place you in the moderately overweight category. I'm 6' 2" and 220, and I am "obese", according to NIH. They tell me that my ideal weight is 185 pounds. Maybe for professional distance runner, but not for me! They are nuts.

p.s. - Marylin Monroe would be classified as "clinically obese" according to their metrics.

my mom was 6''4' and 110 lbs. but i mean hey its healthy,but what do you want ?look like a stick or have curves and grace...its up to you

if you are asking this question you seem not happy with yourself, 212 of muscle is very decent but seeing as you are asking the question you are chubbly and your ideal weight is 190.

you could still be unhealthy in many other ways, but weight/height, thats about right
