Man, I tried everything... special creams, everything you can imagine. The thing that's worked for me is going to the dermatologist (a general practitioner is probably fine too) and getting a prescription for tetracycline. Now I have perfect skin again. Before that, the best thing I could do is wash twice a day with a microdermabrasion cloth and Cetaphil cleanser and absolutely no other products--especially never anything with any fragrances in them. Also try not to pop your pimples; it just makes them worse.

Popping pimples is very bad for your face, and can cause infection and scars. I've done it a lot too, so I would know! but ANYWAY, mederma helps, dab a little on your scars 2 times a day, for a few weeks- it can do wonders. It can be a little expensive ($24), but it's worth it!! Cocoa butter is good too. Suave makes a good kind that is usually priced about 99 cents. If you are still getting bad acne, have you tried a different facewash? Aveeno foaming facewash or aveeno face bar is wonderful! it's between $2-6! It's wonderful! well, best of luck to you.

Your skin is healing so you need to be as gentle as possible.
If you are looking for natural remedies that will help reduce scaring over time try putting honey on your face before bed. Apply it only to the affected areas. Another thing that might help is castor oil. You can buy it at a health food store and it really helps speed up the healing process.
Stay out of the sun for the time being and use a good oil free sunscreen when you go outside. The sun will just make scars darker.
Good luck.

There are certain medications that get rid of scars and home remedies. Check out my user page and look at my question about acne. Lots of people helped me out with that situation!

clean your skin with a good soap-- using epsom salts in the water will help too --when thru cleansing while face is still slightly damp put baby powder on these problem areas it will draw out the redness and help with the sores. It really works.

my grandma told me one day to use egg whites. just crack an egg & separate it. dab a little bit of the egg white on the area and it will draw all the redness out of the spot. toothpaste works also!
