Someone who loves me for me and can be happy sharing their life with me and letting me share my life with them. Someone who loves to hold hands, kiss, tease, and just have fun being together.

I've been married for fifteen happy years, and I can tell you what I value most in our relationship is our ability to work together as a team. We are not perfect, and we do have our arguments; but, most of the time, we handle our day to lives raising our children, working, and paying bills, etc, because we are able to communicate with each other and pick up where the other one lets off. We share our duties, do everything for the kids, and communicate our feelings to each other. This is not easy, but we've laid the foundation down from the beginning. At our age and this far into our marriage, I feel we get better all the time. Our kids are turning out great, and we have fun as a family. I credit our ability to get along, respect each other, and work as a team to get things done as a big part of that. I love my wife and children more and more each day. I wish the same happiness for you and everyone else on this forum.

First of all there is no perfect soul mate, you get someone who is diffrent frm you but has some likes like your own. What makes me happy in my relationship is that i can give all my love to just one special gal and when i bring her flowers for no reason.

independence . . . I believe that a person should not forget his/her identity when in a relationship. Some people become dependent once they enter into a relationship and act, think, and behave like his/her partner.
Imagine building a house that has its foundation joined together? What becomes of it? In a relationship, both parties should be together yet separate if they want a solid foundation.

The ability to trust unconditionally, love without limitations, unwavering faith in me, faithfulness, and a mind open enough to see both sides of any given situation.
That's pretty much it for me. I've been with my wife now for 14 years. Hard times, good times, bad times...we've always been there for each other and always will be.
Nothing makes a man strive harder to be a better man than a woman who believes in him.

Some one who is honest to themself and then honest to me is the major importance to me. She also should hold morals and respect for herself, and expect the same from me. It is all about partnership and becoming one with each other. Lies, cheating, and deception will not allow this to happen. I need to know that she is a good person on the inside, more than if she is considered attractive on the outside.

Well I'm not going to write a BOOK for 2 points or even 10! But look... there are certain things a woman does... that just "does it" for us guys. AND NO... this isn't going to turn into a SEX answer.
First... she's got to love me... and I mean LOVE and LIKE...
Second... she's got to show me... with the way she looks at me.
Third, she's got to be attentive, interested in me
Forth, she's got to accept the things I do... to show HER I love and cherish her...
That's a good start!

A woman who I can talk to about anything. If I see a nice looking woman, I want to be able to tell her and we look together and the same goes for her. A woman who is a hard worker and when she is home with me she is my sl$% I repeat my sl$% and only mine. Honestly just someone to laugh and cry with.

Two Things: Support & Sex
A man needs to feel that he has all the support to run & save the world, like Superman!
And of course, sex is what drives a man!
