Hm... there could be a few ways to do this... are you wanting a specific image of the character, or are you looking for any given icon of the character?
If the latter is the case, running a search on the character is more advantageous than creating your own Icon.
However, if the former is the case...
...there's a few ways to go about it.
One way is to open an image-editing program (Paint Shop Pro, Photoshop... SOMETHING better than MSPain... oh, I mean MSPaint.), and place the image there. You'll need to know the dimensions of an icon, other than that, these programs (most likely) have an option to save your image as an icon automatically.
Another way is, possibly, to drudge through MSPaint. Set the canvas size to that of an icon, and work with that. Save the image with the .ico tag (I think), and that SHOULD do it. (Paint saves in other formats than just .bmp, .jpg/jpeg, and .gif... it also does .xyz, .png, and a few others.)

do a screen print of what you want, open paint, paste, crop & size it (to make sure you don't lose anything but get what you want) & click to change your icon & select the pic you want
would have been able to give better directions if you would have provided what program/website you want to use this icon in

bypass to you profile and click the yahoo 360 and also you bypass to edit your guy or female photos and upload a photo than you are able to make positive that is chosen as your significant one. Then bypass back to yahoo innovations and bypass on your profile and click your new photo to be displayed.
