No, not at all. Age doesn't matter. Hopefully, he consents the kiss though. He only has a year/some months before he is legal, which shouldn't stop you from kissing him, especially if you have deep, strong feelings for him or he feels strongly about you.

Hope this helps

If you were in Hawaii, the legal age is 16. So you could be 16 and date a 40 year old. Kind of sick but true but makes sense that an 18 year old boy shouldn't be thrown in jail for dating a 17 year old girl. 14 and 15 year olds can date up to 5 years older (according to Hawaii law). Morally, I don't think its wrong although a 21 year old female can really mess w/ 17 year old boy's head. Much more than a older boy w/ a younger girl. Boys at that age think with their ***** while girls in their early 20s know how to use their "assets" to get what they want. Biblically, it's not wrong. Girls were married of at an early age to older males.

I dont know the specifics but i'll answer as best i can
NO, well, actually it depends on the situation. See. if ur in a relationship with said 17 year old and you both know the consequences of ur actions and know that the 4 or 5 year ago diffence might pose a problem for thoses around u then there should be no problem, besides the people who always have something to say.
It also depends on what atmosphere u both are in, like (teacher-student, boss-employee)
But if it was just something that happened at a party or a one time thing then don'r fret. WE ONLY LIVE ONCE

17 is over the age of consent in most states. Check the link below to see the limit in your state.

Sex between someone older than the age of consent and someone younger when the two are not married is called statutory rape. Kissing and foreplay between someone older that the age of consent and someone younger is called "sexual liberties with a minor" and carries a lesser penalty than statutory rape.

Age of consent laws usually have an exception to the age rule if there is a relationship of trust or authority (like a teacher or pastor) between the adult and the minor. In that case they must both be over 18.

Other countries have different laws. However, traveling to another country to have sex with someone you could not in the USA is a federal crime.

Legal statutes vary on that. In some states, it could land you in prison... in others, nothing. Ironically, our grandparents generation yielded many thousands of cases of adults marrying 14,15,16, 17 y.o. without a thought. Somewhere along the line, someone decided we need to "protect the children" and we've probably swung just a little too far on the restrictive side. Your case would be a perfect example. Just be careful and learn your local laws. Ethically, if you're both somewhat mature, you owe no explanations to anyone.

legally yes, because he is under 18. morally...no. the boy is old enough to make decisions. technically you both are mature adults and can make decisions that are right for you. just don't get caught by the police yet, cuz you could go to jail. legally, it's wrong. morally, it's right...you only live once, you might as well live life to the fullest.

No. If you guys are sleeping together then yes, legally. But, if he's mature, I guess not. I've heard of 18 year olds dating 13 year olds!!! That's crazy and nasty!
