it means u should spend more time with ur child...lol. I dont kno i kno Hopa is a providence in turkey. Odds are he doesnt know what hes sayin and u shouldnt worry about it. As long as hes not running around yelling obscenities, hes ok

It means he's a normal, wonderfully wierd 2 year old.
Just wait until he's 5 and does something like; drag a rotten tomato into the house on a string and claims that it's his "pet"...

Maybe he's trying to say Popa, but doesn't know how to say pop so he says hop. Or maybe he thinks he's a Hopie. Or he wants to hop but doesn't know how.
