Obviously, you have never had food poisoning from a restaurant or fast food chain. I have and it felt like I'd never stop throwing up. Finally had to drive myself to an emergency room and given a medication to stop heaving and another to put me to sleep for about 8 hours. If I knew the place had a low "A" rating even, I would've thought twice. Luckily where I live, you can go online and find out the inspection ratings on every single eating establishment in the city, even if they only sell candy from a vending machine. It's worth it to find out how the inspection ratings work too. Just because it displays an "A" doesn't mean that it's top notch. Each letter has a rating of 1-10 within it. Watch where you eat.

I can't imagine not wanting restaurants inspected...Food poisoning is not fun. I don't want to think what would be done to the food, preparation, etc.

To ensure the customers are getting a healthy product and that their health is not put in jeopardy (environment wise, not how much fat is in the food... lol).
