Sounds like You need to have a heart to heart with Your Mom and tell Her what You just told us. Then contact Your Dad, Your Aunts, Uncles, Grandmothers, Grandfathers, or better yet send them all a letter so that You can write exactly how You feel, without being nervous. Contact some skating rinks and see if They can put You in contact with Someone, like a Coach. Try to get in contact with the U. S. Olympic Committee. Like a wonderful Man once said, the difference between winners and losers is, winners are willing to do things that losers are not.
Your Mom loves You, maybe She just can't afford it, either way keep searching, And People do care. God cares, pray about it, If it is meant to be, God will provide it for You.
Wish I had more info for You, Good Luck
When You make it, and You have to believe that You will, wave to the Camera, and send a shout out to Yahoo. But thank God first, then Your Family, then Yahoo. lol
God Bless

My 80 year old ballet teacher (you never would've guessed it) was in the royal ballet academy in London. she danced before kings, and political leaders. she started taking ballet classes when she was 18 years old, and made it big. most ballerinas started when they were 3 or 4, but that didnt stop her. you got time kid, dont stress. it all depends on your motivation. if you cant afford classes and still want some kind of experience, try church, or locol choir. sounds lame but dance at home, get videos, whatever you gotta do to expose yourself to what you want to be. your still very much in the dreaming phase of life, just remember that God gives his children the desires of their hearts, but he usualy makes them wait for it. your mom has her own stress of life, she cares, even if she cant exactly show it.

you should sit down and have a good talk with your mom and tell her how much you would appreciate it if she would just help you out and you will pay back after you grown up. tell her that you are sad that no one cares about your dream and you feel alone in this world.
just have a talk with her, she will help you....

You need to talk to your parents about how you feel. They need to know what you want to do and what they can do to help you reach your goals. If your parents are interested then tell other relatives who might be able to help.
