I went to court because of my parents divorce about 4 years ago. It ranges from 1 to like 5 hours according to the reason your there and how long it takes a judge to reach a verdict.

The amount of times you go there depends on the reason your in court. A simple car accident might keep you coming to court for about 1 to 3 days depending on how it all went down.

The length of each break ( called a recess) depends on the judge. Your attorney can request a recess, I mean if you have one. Also if the judge needs time to reach a verdict.

If you want an answer, call the court and find out how long they have given you on a docket!

They're are plenty of breaks, so don't worry about that.

How many, who knows. Depends on the trial! Courts generally start late and end early!

And please, with so little detail, how do you expect to get an accurate answer??

You didn't say what the nature of the hearing is. If it is a simple ticket, teh hearing will probably take a half hour or less. If it is a full blown trial, it could take hours or days. Also, even if it's just a ticket, teh docket may be lengthy, and you could be there for several hours. As to breaks, they will be taken when the judge says so.

Totally depends on your jurisdiction. Rather than asking random people from random places, call your courthouse to determine what the time frame will be.
