if I ask a minnesota school district who was interviewed and hired, do they, by law have to release that information to me?

I don't know that they have to tell you who they interviewed, but who they hired is a matter of public information. (For instance, most school districts now have websites on which their teachers are listed.)

I think that will be up to the employer, even the law may say yes, now the question will be, how that is going to change not being hired for the position? or what good will do to you? With so many crazy people out there I won' t give information about my employees to no one that has nothing to do with my school as an employer.

While I don't really know what MN law is in this regard I believe that Federal law,which of course supercedes any state law, states that a person has every right to see any and everything related to your job search, i.e. interviewers notes, copy of interview ?'s asked, and the result of the interview -- who was hired or not hired.

No, but you can get the information through the county's official websites. Some county's are now required to post their newest employees to the public.
