A year ago, I relocated 500 miles away with my girlfriend for work, now its not working out with us, I want to ask her to move out, but I feel quilty for bringing her with me, she left 2 kids with the father to be with me, and would also struggle financially on her own, but I dont want it to drag on...I just wanna do it the best way..

She's given up everything to be with you so can you honestly say you've tried to save the relationship, maybe you could both give counselling a shot at least then you would be able to say you tried your best.
Although I do wonder what sort of woman could just move away & leave her kids for a new man.
I personally cannot understand how any mother could do that I'd rather be on my own than give up my kids.
Is a woman that can do that really one you should want to spend your life with?
What if you two had kids?

Don't be heartless, she made sacrifices for u.U could at least do the same but in doing so do the right thing and unite her back to her kids their heart cry out for her.If she doesn't have peace at home she'll never be at peace even if she moves to Pluto.Rermember there is the law of Karma and mostly "what goes around comes around"
People who love one another just don't walk in and out of friendship else they keep walking and never find real love but those who work in and out of friendship tend to find love in its fullest.Guys make it work, love entails not only hugging, kisses, lovemaking and romantic moments. Its greatest test is excelling over the winds to stormy arguments and making a whole bunch of sacrifices even when it hurts u to do so.
But the final verdict lies on u.

The best way would have never to let her come along and leave her kids behind. You are way past best way. Now, you've got to decide how to best end it - maybe help her move back to where her kids are (if she's even allowed to see them anymore).

Whose house is it? If its hers you cant ask her to leave, if its in both your names you'll have to discuss with her who stays,if its yours then obviously she's gotta go.
The best way wouldnt be to ask her to leave but to sit down with her & tell her how you feel about your relationship. She'll obviously work it out for herself that if you wanna split 1 of you will have to leave.
But dont be emotionally blackmailed into stayin with her just cos she'll be in a mess without you - you gotta be nice but firm.

The best way to do it is to be honest with her - and also be understanding. Let her know that you want to move on without her, but also let her know that you will give her time to move out and get on her feet.
