PC-Cillin firewall prevents transfer of photos from san-disk camera memory card to PC. I think firewall is blocking communication and need to configure rule(s). Any idea how to configure through PC-Cillin and which programs to identify?

I don't think that you have a firewall problem. Firewalls are responsible for controlling traffic in and out from your computer to the Internet. To the best of my knowledge, they don't regulate traffic from your media card reader to the hard drive. If you think that Trend Micro is the source of your problem then you can turn it off. Right click Trend Micro's icon on the system tray and select [Exit]. After turning off Trend Micro, try to load your photos again. Don't worry, at the next reboot, Trend Micro will be loaded again. I've been using Trend Micro for well over a year without any problems loading photos.
