Does anyone know if when you go through verizon and sign up for the unlimited in messageing plus 500 additional messages if you can use it to send pic and text messages to anyone no matter what service provider they have?

Or do you know if it might just take minutes when you send to people who arent verizon?

You can send it to anyone no matter who their provider. They will only get if their phone is capable of receiving it.

if you have unlimited messaging, why would you get an additional 500 messsages? either way, you can send to any phone capable of receiving a txt/pic message. other providers it just may take a little longer.
