No, I would not take that as a compliment, if I weren't "flaky". If I were flaky then I might ask myself why so and so is calling me flaky.

well I don't know the Pillsbury dough boy is pretty flake but I think he's kind of cute. You can choose to feel anyway you want to about it but as a rule no it is not a compliment.
