Ballroom is not a craze. It's been around a long time. People are just "getting into it" because they see it on tv more now than ever. But for those of us who have been ballroom dancing all our lives, it's not a craze. It's just an every day part of our lives.

The last time I played a show, the kids were doing this thing where they stand there, either arms folded, or in their pockets. They look at you like you've done something wrong, or offensive. Then, after playing they jump up and down, yelling and clapping. I don't know what they call it, but it looks really trippy. Sort of a non-linear thing.

Ballroom/Latin suprisingly is very popular! REALLY! there r so many ballroom dance movies and shows now now example: mad hot ballroom, take the lead, madam hotchkisses ballroom dancing and charm school, so u think u can dance, shall we dance?, dancing with the stars actually had at least as many ppl watch the summer premiere of surviver in 2000. it is great i do it and i luv it!
