You can get the pics by going into edit and uploading pics from your computer.
To get music, hit the "music" link on the top row of links, first one is "home" music is way over to the right. search, go to the music profile, choose the song you want by clicking on add. Not all profiles will have songs you can add, but keep looking, they are on there.
To get pics of random stuff, go to pimp-my-profile.com. Keep the edit profile window in myspace open. Find what you like, copy the HTML code and paste it anywhere into your interests.

pictures - click on "upload photos"
click on "Browse"
find the one you want and then click o it and press "upload photo"
music - go to "music"
then type in the band or key words
click on the band's homepage
then find the song you want and click "Add to page"
or if you want a music video and you have the code..just paste the code in any section.
webcodez.com has some music videos
