1) Call her boss, and request the day off for her first and then when she wakes up, LEAVE her some breakfast and one of your love notes letting her know that you have booked an appointment for her at a local spa for the works or whatever you can afford.

For a very different surprise, try throwing her a surprise party for no reason. Think of a bogus excuse, such as "Three Months Until Your Birthday!", or "We Can't Afford a Hawaiian Vacation So You Get This Instead!" kind of theme. Invite all of your friends and have people bring gag gifts. Have her sit in a big chair in the center of the room and everyone can bring her the gifts. She's sure to laugh. You'll all have fun, and it will be special. And, then before the party is over, read to her something you've written from your heart that shows you truly love her. That would put the right touch on an otherwise goofy evening. It's obvious you love and respect your wife, and this is a fun way to express your love for her. Good luck!

Make hotel reservations to a nice hotel. The day you plan on taking her there, pack all her things (you know she would need for a weekend) in a small suitcase as well as yours. When she comes home from work or school, tell your wife you want to take her somewhere real quick. If she keeps asking, just tell her its a surprise. Drive her to the hotel and spend a couple of days there. Take her out to eat and give her a nice gift with a different kind of flowers than you normally give her.
Or, for a cheaper surprise, you can clean up the whole house, bathoom, kitchen floors mopped, everything before she comes home from work, and plan a romantic meal with a food that she likes a lot. Get some candles burning and you should have a great night with your spouse! Good luck!

Send her text messages on her cell phone when your away or even in the same room, be creative.
Run her a nice hot bubble bath with some fragrant candles burning in the bathroom & a drink (wine, beer, whatever she likes).
When she gets into the shower, surprise her by jumping in with her and wash her hair for her.
Give her a full body hot oil massage.
She's very lucky to have you guy & a lot of men could learn something from you!! ;-)

Buy her a bouquet of Roses a dozen or so and then slip a fake one in there that looks life like and in the note say "I will love you till the last one dies" I would just melt if my man did this for me. Or surprise her with a trail of rose petals (or what ever may be her favorite flower) leading up to her bathroom with soft music and candles then you give a nice bubble bath and enjoy what ever happens next.

Has anyone seen that Coca Cola commercial where the guy is making a the sound of a telephone ringing and the girl is looking at him like, wtf? Then he pulls a Coca Cola out of his pocket and says "it's for you". If my hubby did this he'd soooo get lucky that evening.
Another thing you can do if this is a little too corney (but corney stuff turns me on) is tell her I love you so much that I went on Yahoo Answers to get romantic ideas for the two of us. Lastly, find out what her wildest bedroom fantasy is (you playing dress up, doing it in public, whatever) and make it happen.
Ok one more thing I promise. Learn to play the guitar , compose a song and perform it when she least expects it. Even if you can sing she'll love it. You can also take hot air ballon rides for under $200. Obviously if she's afraid of heights this is a bad idea....but few things are as romantic as a hot air ballon ride w/a nice bottle of wine.

Make reservations at a very nice romantic restraunt and have the table nicely set up with flowers, a set of candles, and have a nice bottle of champagne or wine ready. Another suggestion would be, buy her something cute and sexy from Victoria Secrets and lay it on the bed until she gets home. You could also have a trail of rose petals to the bathtub filled with bubbles, candles, wine and chocolate covered strawberries on the side (mmmm choc. covered strawberries are my favorite).

Buy her some sex toys to play with like orgasm beads... Buy her a nice necklace or some great new perfume. Buy her some sexy clothing or intimate wear. Have fun with it. Cook her a candle light dinner of all her favorite foods or take her to her favorite resturant. How about chocolates or candy or how about a nice romantic poem? Give her a nice full body massage and take a bubble bath with her!

Simple boat ride into a sunset....
Diamonds are a great surprise... especially without any occassion!
dressing up in a chef's apron and presenting a dinner ( perhaps that was prepared by another chef) and only an apron....
the traditional breakfast in bed is nice too... draw a bath with rose petals in it.....comb her hair..... so much can trigger a sense of love..... just do whatever it is with your love... trust me, it will be felt and appreciated!

Surprise her when she comes home with a beautifully laid table and a fabulous meal. If your cooking isn't so good, buy stuff that you just have to reheat...!
Or turn your bedroom into a decadent 'boudoir' with candles etc and put on your sexiest boxers.... Arm yourself with some massage oil and chocolates (nice and melty) and declare that for the night, her wish is your command ...! Whatever you do, enjoy...!
