Chinese are. As a whole, they are very intelligent although they are socially inept. Plus they don't let religion govern their lives.
And just about everyone else who answered so far either does not understand that you entered the question in the section of Social Science or think it's about skin color. Skin color does not apply, as not all Asians are smart. Japanese simply copy the Chinese.
Africans are definitely not smart otherwise they would have contributed something worth remembering.
Some Russians are smart (they sent the first craft and man into space), but as a whole aren't all that smart.
Europeans may be smart but are lazy and stuck up.
Arabs and Jews are just a mess since they haven't figured out religion shouldn't be only reason to live.
Americans are not a race but are a melting pot of ignorant, smart, lazy, stuck up people. .

in my opinion,the smartest race is the race that understands that there are no races but one-the human race,and the dumbest race is the one that believes it is smarter than other races,since races is a word people relate to the skin color and not the ability to learn and process information,which somewhat defines intelligence

The HUMAN race is the smartest race. C'mon...all ethnicities have their share of some idiots, so to pin-point one particular race is absurd. Dont sterotype like that. We as humans have the advantage of learning from all kinds of venues: By experience, by our faults and mistakes, and just by wanting to gain further knowledge. Color has nothing to do with it. Not one bit. As I mentioned, ignorance has no hang-ups in finding someone without an open mind.

I don’t think that we should talk about races and who is the smartest.
