Do some people not notice thier own BO after a while?

Do some people not realize thier breath smells bad and it smells bad every day? Or not notice that they are musky everyday, etc.

People don't notice their own smells because they're there all the time, so their olfactory (smell) receptors become desensitized to them. It's just like how you can smell other people's shampoo on their hair, but not your own, or if you wear the same perfume every day you stop smelling it after a little while. So people never know how bad they might smell to others.

Bad breath ahs to do with garlic and not brushing I think.

I notice my own Bo after exercising, or a day of living. Its kind of funky musky, very male kinda smell. I kind of like it. If it gets too funkey I take a shower though.

i guess having bo every day their nose gets used to the smell so its like they almost cannot notice when they smelling bad!!

No they don't!! Every person has their own distinct smell. You don't know your own smell cause you are immune to it. Just like when you put on purfume and 15min later you cannot smell it but others can

I notice that I smell bad, like onions, if I don't shower for many days. It is gross! lol
