"Magic" or whatever you wish to call it is a simple illusion hidden under technology and the hopes of mankind controlling their own fate with outworldly help.
If I went back to the 1700s, England and I took an orb and placed a light under it and pretended to be a forutne teller, would that be looked upon as magic? Of course. After all, to those at the time, that is what magic might've been.
But of course, nothing says I'm right and there arnt other planes of existance out there. I'm a simple man who has complete faifth in the scientific world and each time something lacks explanation like a fireball floating through the air, I believe that it may be a remote controled drone with ignited petroleum on it.
Anyway, as far as I'm concerned, there IS NO MAGIC or Sorcery of any kind as I think a rifle would kick a "magic user"s a$s anyday hehe.
Yeah...this wasnt helpful. Well last thing, best to not rely on magic. Why? I dont know if it exists or not to be honest as I have no proof to its existance BUT at the same time, what proof do I have that it dosent exist? So thats the thing. But if you rely on magic, what if it doesnt exist? What if you've wasted all that time trying to cast spells to improve your life? I think hard work overshadows any form of empty hope or mystics.

No matter what anyone may tell you, spells are cast through the persons will. That is the basis of all witchcraft. You may make potions, but the bottom line is your will power. And anyone who thinks that anything can be manipulated only through a human will is pipe dreaming. Spells are only succeded by the power of beings that are not on the phisical plain. Many call them this and that but in the end they are simply demons.
"But wiccans only cast spells to do good"
A demon has no problem doing good if it makes you put your faith in something be sides God. That is their buisness. They want to be worshiped themselves and if they must wear other clothes to get that attention, they will. They have no part of Gods presence so there is a void in thier life. They want to fill it with human emotion and feeling. They get this trough posession and doing the bidding of humans, i.e. witchcraft. So when you cast a spell for a building to burn down and it soes, it is no power of your own, it is the demon that did the biding for you. If you try and cast a love spell, it is a demon that puts things in motion to make the two more likely to fall in love then if left by themselves.
You will have much more power by being infilled with the Holy Ghost. Read Acts 2:38,39 for starters. Good luck and God bless.

Don't pay too much attention to mean answers. If you really want to practice magic, you can find quite a lot of literature.I started with fortune telling-its not exactly it,but near enough to understand that even if you have powers(especially if you do)to change something in the world in unnatural way,you certainly shouldn't-its dangerous first of all for you.And second-if you are doing witchcraft,it means you believe in God/Goddess(in case you didn't know, witches had a religion, and you cant be one without believing),and if you do believe, you have to understand that you cant be in any way wiser then the Creator,so trying to do something your way(even if you are trying to improve something) looks quite foolish and can get back to you real bad!

I am a prcticing Wiccan and Witch. I suggest that you read everything you can get your hands on FIRST! Then read some more! It will help you to decide how you want to go down your life path and will enlighten you to the ways of the Witch.

Don't try it.
If you want to study Wicca then go to a book store to the new Age section and buy and read some of those.
But don't try a spell if you've never done one before.
Ya don't want to kick start Armageddon, do ya?
It's very dangerous and it can kill you if you do it wrong. Especially Dark Magic.

It all depends on why you want to do things like that. I say talk to a Wiccan; they do good magic. The stuff I do can kill you if it rebounds, or screw you up in a non-pleasant way. I'm sorry, I don't know how you would start off; it just happens to me in spontaneous bursts of "darkness" so to say.

OMfG people actually do witchcraft...? And you want to start doing it? The Lord will punish you for this! His wrath is way more important then getting your revenge on some girl who gave you a wagie!

Witchcraft can be very powerful, and can, if used for evil , come back to you, not once, but thrice. One must fully understand that and be prepared for bad karma. Whoops, wrong metaphor but very fitting.
However, you must be intelligent enough to learn any of the craft. So, not to worry.

1. Stop using shorthand. This proves what a dumbass you are.
2. Whitchcraft is bullshit. Religon of any kind is bullshit.
3. Don't pretend to ask a question for someone else. Its very obvious.
