it is a sign that your lungs dont have enough air on the bottom! try lifting them up and breathing!!any other questions? water will make it worse! drink a little bit before running/gatorade or water and then drink alot after!

Usually, if you just keep running, they go away after a few minutes. Once you get into shape, they won't happen at all. If you have been running for some time and still get them, maybe see your doctor.

Eat more bananas, if you start getting a cramp, lift your arms over your head for a couple of minutes to stretch it out.

Try taking short breaks. Either that or sprint for awhile, then jog, that is a good pace. drink lots of water! That will help the situation.

sometimes raising your hands above your head while you're running helps.
My P.e teacher taught us that.
But yeah, stay hydrated.
