i would export each avatar to my desktop...then use a simple paint program to import one avatar file into the other, save the one file as a .png or .jpg file, and go from there...

You cant. You have to customize it. You can just copy both pictures and then make them side by side in your PAINT program. Then just save it as a different file. You put that picture in your 360 page. Then you go to your Q&A, click on EDIT MY INFO and then you can choose your 360 picture.
