Well depends on what league and what era you are talking about. There were black baseball players in the Union Army during the Civil war. As for the Major League baseball, most consider Jackie Robinson to be the first, however, during the twenties, there were black ball players playing in the Major Leagues under a "Cuban" names. So as for the real answer, don't know.

Probably Jackie Robinson. He was the first black person to make it into the majors after he broke the color barrier. Now if you maybe want the BEST black baseball player, I would go with Jackie Robinson, Josh Gibson, Satchel Paige, Cool Papa Bell, or Smokey Joe Williams.

Jackie Robinson and Larry Doby both broke into the major leagues the same year, Robinson for the Dodgers and Doby for the Indians.

Furthermore, many black players have played under the guise of being Native American or Hispanic.

If you mean in the Major Leagues, it was Jackie Robinson. But the "*****" Leagues existed before he joined the Dodgers. Therefore, the way you ask the question makes it impossible to determine.
