not a lot of info to go on but here's an old gardeners trick. Bury a banana peel at the base of the plant. Something about the potassium in the peel has healing powers.

Mint plants like to be cool and moist all the time. It can take sun but not too long during the hot part of the day. If you can't move the plant to a better location, cover it with a lath type shade. Also, it the soil is hard packed, you can loosen it by adding compost several inches thick.

is it potted?
if its in a pot what you can try is taking a tray large enough to fit under the pot with some room to spare
put pebbles in the tray, fill it with water and put the potted mint on top of the tray
leave it in an area where it will get direct sunlight...oh and water the mint too . :)
