I don't really know if there's a way to be prepared for specific questions during an interview. Some good advice is to make a list of your best characteristics and what you feel you have to offer the company, and make sure that during your interview, you let them know about all those characteristics. The point of the interview is to sell yourself to them. They want to know why they should hire you.
Some popular questions are:
1.) What do you have that you can bring to our company?
2.) What is your best characteristic?
3.) Why do you feel that you are qualified for this position?
But know that the employer may not ask you any of these! Most employers have a list of predefined questions to ask you, so you never know what you are going to get asked. Just know what the job is that you are applying for as best you can, and figure out why you are good for that job. Use that information to answer the questions during the interview.
