Open your IE browser, click on Tools, Internet Options and select the 'Clear History' button at bottom-right of dialog box.
Also, while you are there, delete cookies and delete files.

i think you can still go to tools and internet options and clear history and that will cover it all

or remove it from your add/delete programs
