What right's does an illegal immigrant have if they get injured on a job-site?

Without my knowledge one of sub-contractor's subbed out a job I thought he was doing. The person he gave the job to got injured. I'am I liable ??

You shouldn't be liable, but the best defense is a good offence. Sue him for breach of contract before he thinks to sue you.
