How should I proceed in this situation?

My husband cheated on me w/ some movie actress wanna be he met on the set .So I moved out with my 4 yr old 3 months ago.Never looked back & concentrating on getting my life together. I'm financially secure as I have a great job.I look good and work out.There is a guy at work who wants to go out with me but he's willing to wait while I take time for myself.I have only slept w/ my husband.He made fun of me for not having experience in bed. But now my husband is begging me to come back.He broke it off w/ that girl & wants to go to counseling.He keeps crying when he comes to pick up my daughter.I don't want him.I loved him 100% & he din't care.Too late.Now this other chick is really mad at me because she thinks he dumped her 'cause of me.She keeps calling my house asking me to leave him alone.I told her that he's all hers.She says she wants to be family w/ him & my daughterand I'm standing in the way.It's scary. I don't know what to do.

It sounds like she is harrassing you and making you feel threatened. You can involve the authorities and get a restraining order on her. I'd call your non-emergency police phone number in your area and first file a complaint about her harrassing calls. You can inquire with them about restraining orders and your right to feel safe within your own home. Do it now though...don't wait for her to get all Fatal Attraction on you. First of all if are 100% sure that you don't want him any more it's okay you don't need him once he cheated he will do it again & again. Then get a divorce so you can have all things clear including childsupport that you can use as savings for your daugther, & also so you can have full custody of her & visitation can be settle. Then don't hesitate to be with someone else you can go out & meet people but after a divorce is sign if not it can count against you. Make sure if you decide 2 live together w/ someone that he will l love & care for your dauther too , that she needs respect & needs to be happy too. If he accepts you with your dauther then you are on the right track. For your Husband don't fall for his tears he should of think better before he started going out with this "girl". & as for her change your # so she can not bother you anymore if she insist you can go to the police & put a restriction order so she can do anything bad to you or your daugther. You have come a long way and now have a happy life. Don't jeopardize that by taking eighteen steps back. Go forward.......not back. Sounds like you have a good man. If it comes to it blow a whistel every time the woman calls or just don't answer the phone. It is better to break off all ties so that you can focus on your new life.

Tell him he might as well go back with the wannabe because you dont want him. Then I think I would tell the homewrecker to back off she aint your daughters mother and never will be. tell him the counseling comes first.and then you can talk.but you want things to change befor you let him come back. let me make sure I understand this correctly she wants your husband and your daughter? this woman is cracked girl shes obsessed with your husband ive done seen to much **** in my life on t.v. and real life hope she dont know where you live.get your number changed get a restraining order against her if you want him back you might find it in your best interest to move if she knows where you live.shes a wanna be actress she may play out one of those scenes from the hand that rocked the craddle some psycho ***** from hell pissed off cause your man done ****** her and came back to you and shes sayin your in the way she may try to remove you from the picture permanantly if you know what I mean.

First things first: document each and every instance she contacts you and ask her NICELY to stop. Make sure you record exact times and what she says.

Okay, on to the problem.....tell the other woman to quit calling you or you're going to call the cops....worse comes to worse, change your phone number. As if she has any room to talk when she took him from his wife and child....she needs to get a life.

first get a restraining order aganist her for yourself and your childern, Get a seperation from your husband, if you haven't already. Be very discreit if you chose to go out with the guy from work AFTER you are legaly seperated (divorced is better) from your husband. Get a lawyer

When hubby picks up your daughter, tell him to stop sniveling and act like a man! He caused this and now he can live with it. If that woman calls you again, slap her with a harrassement suit.
